The Met-Greek and Roman Art

The last area of The Met we toured was the Greek and Roman Art.

Old, old roman coins.

Real tapestries from a Roman room.

It was  good visit. We had to skip several wings of The Met because we just didn't have time so we just hit the places that were of interest to us. We were there on a Friday night so although there were a lot of people, it was supposedly much less busy than on the actual weekend.

After we visited The Met, we took a short walk in Central Park. Everyone's feet were very tired from 4 hours in the museum, so we didn't stay too long. We stayed long enough to see 2 doodles.

We then made our way back to the subway to end our first day which was just The Met!
