Fall Playtime

The kids love to play outside in the fall. It's cooler for them and usually not windy. Here's some pictures I took the other day when we went to play at their school.

Pruning

We have been cleaning up the yard for the winter. Elizabeth helped Jeremy blow out the sprinklers. She also did some pruning. Our hydrangea tree needed to be pruned and she did a great job!

Pumpkin Carving

Here's a few pictures of Elizabeth carving her pumpkins. Nathan didn't want to carve pumpkins this year.

Nathan's last piano lesson

Nathan decided he didn't want to take piano lessons anymore. He has taken them for over 3 years and it's just not his thing. September was his last month. The last day of piano, I took video of him playing his last lesson, but videos are so hard to load here.

Elizabeth had her last walk to count bunnies and look for rocks.

She didn't have any pockets for her rocks.

It's hard to carry rocks without pockets.

And then when you grab a stick, it's even harder to carry your rocks!

Ellensburg Rodeo

Grandma Pam took us to the Ellensburg Fair and Rodeo. We had never been!

We toured the crafts area. This was the same building we had our wedding reception in 16 years ago!

We visited the Pioneer Village. It was really neat!

The kids pumped water.

A trading post and post office!

The one room schoolhouse.

A general store.

Grandma got the kids candy!

The rodeo.

The kids thought it was great that they got to see the rodeo clown 2 weeks in a row!

Everyone having fun. Elizabeth ate a bit too much candy though.

The outside of the building we had our wedding reception. Elizabeth was clutching her stomach because she ate too much candy.

We went to Grandma Pam's and the kids loved her new couch.

They cracked walnuts for her. Luckily, they are not allergic to walnuts.

This is everyone.

Grandparents and grandkids.

The couples all got photos.

We got pictures of our little family.

A big group one around the waterfall.

More group photos.

The grown up boys and their wives.

The grown up Wakeman boys.

They wanted a picture of just the two of them!

All the girls.

ALL the Wakeman boys including the medium sized one.
