White Christmas!

We had a White Christmas! It started snowing Christmas morning and snowed a little all day long! Elizabeth headed right out and she and Charlotte did a lot of playing as more and more snow fell.

The lights looked very pretty in the snow.

Christmas Eve

Jeremy had to work Christmas Eve and Christmas. We celebrated with a nice dinner on the 22nd. We opened presents when he got home from work on Christmas Eve.

Legos and space were the key themes for Nathan!

For Elizabeth it was squishmellows and legos!

Elizabeth once again decorated the entire house for Christmas.  I took pictures of her amazing decorating!

Christmas Star

We saw the Christmas Star! I guess it was the first time since like 1264 or something that it had been seen. Apparently, Jupiter and Saturn are the closest together they will ever be. They look like one big bright star!

It was interesting how close together the planets were. The very next night, you could see how much further apart they were. I guess that one night was really special!

Christmas Drivearound-Yakima

Our last stop of the day was in Yakima to see the last set of grandparents.

The kids opened some fun gifts.

We had some tasty snacks!
We then drove home and had completed a large driving loop for the day! We saw everybody! It's a Christmas we won't forget that's for sure!

Christmas Drivearound-Selah

Our next stop was Selah.

Elizabeth liked holding Brady.

I also got to spend a lot of time holding Brady! He just slept the whole time. It was so cute!

Christmas Drivearound-Ellensburg

Our next stop of the day was to visit Grandma Pam in Ellensburg.

She has a very nice covered porch that is decorated so nicely! We had some yummy bread and opened some great presents!

They found the frozen pond and slipped around a bit on that. No one ended up wet and muddy!

Christmas Drivearound-Royal City

Jeremy has to work Christmas Eve and Christmas this year. Also, because of covid, Christmas can't be quite normal. We decided to do a Christmas drivearound to see all the relatives for about an hour each.

Our first stop was Royal City. The kids opened presents from Auntie Laura! They were so excited!! We've never opened Christmas presents outside before so it was certainly a new experience. Luckily, it was around 45 degrees with no wind so it wasn't really too bad for an hour.

Papa grilled some steaks and Gram made some fries and desserts. We ate in the old shed with the door open. Again, a new Christmas experience!

Pippa sat in the Kubota and watched us all eat.

Elizabeth got a teal caboodle filled with fun things for her nails and hair!! She was so excited to open them all!

Nathan got a dartboard!!

Papa Norm and Gram opening some of their gifts.

A family photo.
