Trip Day 7: Columbus, Ohio

 We came back through Ohio on our way to Dayton. We drove through a very pretty national forest trying to avoid tolls! 

We made it to Columbus. We were tired from sitting so we stopped at the capitol. Doesn't it look like it's missing a dome?

The downstairs of the capital building was made of some kind of stone. It was a very interesting look! Like being in a fancy cave or something from Harry Potter.  It seems most capitals have marble. 

Here is one of the 50 copies of the Liberty Bell! It couldn't be rung, but Elizabeth did get to touch it! 

From here, we drove another hour to Dayton where we spend the night.
