Elizabeth had a meet the next day. It was at Stevens Middle School in Pasco. The teams were Libby, Enterprise, Stevens, and Ochoa. We didn't think the weather could get colder, but it did! There was no rain or hail though so that was a bonus. Just freezing cold and windy.
Elizabeth threw the discus. She threw 47'4". It was the longest throw for 7th grade girls so she won the discus and got first place!
Smiling even though she was freezing. She sat with us under the sleeping bags until her 400 meter run. We tried to keep her warm, but it was no use.
