Last Adventures in Boston

After we finished touring the U.S.S Constitution, we visited the Cassin Young. It was a destroyer in World War II. It survived 2 direct kamikaze  hits.

It reminded us of the U.S.S. Alabama.

We also visited the Dry Dock that they use to serve the U.S.S. Constitution. This dry dock was built in 1833 to service the U.S.S Constitution. It was fascinating.

Here is a more close up view of Dry Dock 1.

After touring the ships, we took a water taxi across the Charles River and Boston Harbor.

After arriving back in downtown Boston, we made a walk across downtown to get to our car.

At the end of a very long day, we drove south to Plymouth to begin our new adventures!
