Elizabeth got a chance to play varsity for a tennis tournament at the school!
3 varsity girls gone due to music festivals so the coaches let top 3 JV girls play in the varsity tournament. The teams were Richland, Mead, Pullman, and West Valley Yakima. It wasn't over with until 6 pm!
Elizabeth played 3 times. She managed to win 2 out of the 3 times!
In the morning, she played doubles and they lost to West Valley 6-3. I wasn't here for this game. I went later.
In the afternoon, she played a single's match against Pullman's #4 varsity player and she won 6-1!
Last, she played doubles and they beat Richland 6-2.

This was the end of her varsity single's match. She was shocked and thrilled to win a varsity tennis match.
