This picture is so misleading it makes me laugh. The ground is wet, Gram is holding an umbrella, and there is smoke in the air. You'd think it was a rainy, foggy day. NOPE!
The ground is wet because the fire truck came and sprayed us all to keep the pavement cool. Gram is holding the umbrella to keep the sun from burning her. And the smoke is just from this old tractor that belches smoke all over.
Their favorite float was the one with the Frozen theme.

After the parade, they waited with the other kids for a plane to drop ping pong balls that you turn in for prizes. It didn't turn out so well. The plane dropped them in the wrong spot...
We went back to the Grandparents and did some more slip and sliding. The grown ups decided to take a turn this time! Here is Jeremy sliding.
