Too much zucchini!

Not surprisingly, there is way too much zucchini (and cucumbers). Nathan enjoys cutting it up and making "soup." Don't worry. He cuts with a little kid butter knife. Extra zucchini is a great way to practice cutting up vegetables, don't you think?
