Nathan had a league meet with Kamiakin and Kennewick. He ran both the 1600 and 3200 and threw the discus.
He got a HUGE PR in the 1600!!! He ran a 5:01. He was ecstatic and so were we. When the 3200 came around, his legs were dead after that effort in the 1600. He ran a 12:02. After this effort, on shaking legs, he went and threw the discus. He was the very last one to throw. He made it over just before they were going to close up and be done!

After the 3200, he headed over to discus and threw 68 feet.
My friend has a much better camera and takes photos from inside the track so hers are very good! Here was a photo from his 1600.
