We all woke up to quiet a shock Monday morning! There were 5 inches of snow on the ground! The forecast hadn't called for any precipitation. At first, the district called a 2 hour delay but at 8:00 they announced school was closed for the day. The kids headed out to play.

It's supposed to be FREEZING for the next week. We're talking highs in the single digits. So I don't think the snow is going anywhere for awhile. However, it will be much too cold to play outside.
