Another great (and easy and cheap) activity is to practice with a hammer and nails. We use an old stump. Nathan can do this forever! Elizabeth can't actually use the nails. She just has a little hammer she hits on the stump.

I did this when I was little. That stump had hundreds of nails in it. I thought it was a work of art... Apparently, I was easily impressed when I was little! =)
