The Cutest Christmas Tree

Elizabeth did all our Christmas decorating the day after Thanksgiving!! She did pretty much everything! Along the way, she decorated herself. She wore the tree skirt, and then see the tree on top of her? 

She thought the tree skirt was fun and spun around in it. 

 

Thanksgiving

 

Jeremy worked on Thanksgiving so we drove up to Royal for a Thanksgiving dinner. Papa cooked the turkey on the big green egg. 

Auntie Laura and the kids made a vegetable train! 

Pippa had a new sweater that matched her mother.

Orchestra Concert

Elizabeth had her first orchestra concert! She shows us all her viola skills. They plucked a few of their songs and were then able to use their bows for the others!

Beautiful wildflowers

One of our neighbors planted these beautiful wildflowers along the walking trails in our neighborhood. I've always thought that the walking trails are one of the best things about where we live. Now we have pretty flowers on them!  Also, the flowers have just gotten prettier as the year has gone by! They have a dripline behind the fence so they get lots of water. I took these photos on Oct 26, but even as I post these pictures today (Nov 7) they still look amazing! It's nice to have some bright flowers in November.

Trick r Treating

Elizabeth had a good time trick r treating. Nathan stayed home and passed out candy. She had a lot of people call her Hermione so she was a little miffed about that. However, TWO people did correctly call her a Hufflepuff student! I walked with her for 3 miles and then when Jeremy got home, they did another 3 miles. This is the second year in a row she's done 6 miles for candy. Her feet were sure sore!
