Water Fights

Yesterday, the kids decided it was warm enough for water fights. It didn't seem that warm to me, but I'm just an adult who gets cold. Elizabeth immediately got on her swimsuit. Nathan followed suit after I took these pictures. 

Interestingly, they did change out of their swimsuits fairly quickly after they were done with their game.

Pizza Hut!

We made the move to a regular dentist rather than a "pediatric dentist." Elizabeth had no cavities when they did sealants on her 6 year molars. The prize for no cavities at the new dentist is a free Pizza Hut personal size pizza. 

On a night the boys had scouts, Elizabeth and I went and had little pizzas. She had a blast! We never go to restaurants due to the food allergy issue. However, Pizza Hut is safe for her allergies. She just loves pizza...especially such it's such a rare treat for her. 

Not sure what we'll do when Nathan goes to the dentist and wins a pizza. Maybe he can trade the free pizza for a different prize? 

High Swings

The kids thought it was funny to move their swings way up high. Here they are swinging!! 

Candy Mountain Hike

Jeremy and the kids climbed up Candy Mountain yesterday. It was a tough hike but they did it!

Soccer 4/22

Here are some pictures from Saturday morning soccer today.

Handing me his glasses after their practice. We don't have him wear his glasses while playing. A LOT of kids get hit in the face, and we don't want his glasses breaking.

Bored at the Orthodontist

Here is Elizabeth at Nathan's 15 month orthodontic appointment. The plan was that Nathan would need 15 months. However, they put new wires on and he has to have at least another 5 weeks. This picture is how we all feel. It will be really nice when his orthodontic work is done. 

Easter Photos

We nabbed a few Easter photos today. It was a bit windy outside and not very warm this morning. 

Papa Norm and Gram came down to have Easter dinner with us. 

A cute little Easter bunny showed up with some flowers picked from our yard. 

Doodle Date

Pippa came down to visit so Sherman came over for a Doodle Date! 

They did some crazy puppy running in circles.

The kids were very excited for their road trip to Grandma's house to see her chicks! 

They also played around outside and in her creek. 

They decorated with marshmallows and sprinkles.

Lawn

We've had so much rain this spring that the yards were green before the irrigation even got turned on! This is our yard after the first mow. Thanks Papa Norm. 

Shells, Spinning and Irrigation

While at Papa and Gram's, Elizabeth and I also went on a shell hunt. There are little shells all over the canals. They are all kinds of pretty colors. Luckily, it didn't rain! The sky was just dark and looked like it was going to try! 

I took Elizabeth and Nathan to play at the school several times. They had a great time on the spinny toys. 

Nathan helped Papa Norm load on some pipes. 

You can hardly see Nathan with his camo on! He blends right in with the brown field! 

Worm and Rocks

We visited Papa Norm and Gram over Spring Break while Jeremy had to work.
